Incredible India is proudly co-owned by Abhinav Batta and Jasbeer Singh, who bring their dedication to exceptional hospitality and passion for authentic Indian cuisine to every aspect of the restaurant.

Abhinav Batta
Abhinav is a passionate and true hospitality individual, starting his journey in 2010, beginning as a Waiter, before holding roles such as Receptionist, Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Management Trainee, Finance and Control Executive, and Assistant Financial Controller.
In 2018, his passion lead to the opening of Incredible India Restaurant. A dedicated mentor, Abhinav takes joy in training new staff, imparting his wealth of knowledge to his team.
Beyond Incredible India, he serves as the Vice President for the Taupo Business Chamber and co-owns Café Lacus with his wife. When away from his active professional life, Abhinav cherishes moments spent with his wife and two daughters.

Jasbeer Singh
With a culinary journey that began in 1998 in India, Jasbeer brings over 25 years of rich experience to our tables. His experience spans working in numerous restaurants across both nations, after migrating to New Zealand in 2006.
Jasbeer is deeply passionate about creating incredible dishes using the prime ingredients New Zealand has to offer. His long list of signature dishes, include the delectable Lamb Chops and Chicken Pasanda that all guests of Incredible India Restaurant love.
When not in the kitchen creating your favourite dishes, Jasbeer spends his time exploring new places with his wife and two children, ensuring his life is full with moments of travel and family.
